Here at Community Pharmacy we offer Medication Synchronization.

Each of our Medication Synchronization patients has their very own medication coordinator. This means a REAL person will call or text you around a week before you are due to run out of medication. During this conversation we will verify any changes that have occurred to your medications over the last month and confirm a pickup date with you.

While you continue to keep up with everyday life, we are making sure you have refills on all your maintenance medications and getting them ready for you to pick up.
